If the item is not repairable we will send a replacement or if we have no stock will issue you with a full refund, Providing the item is in a reasonable condition.
What is Rexon Ex-Display
If an item has been shipped to a customer and found to have a part missing it is simply retured to the manufacturer.
The missing part is then replaced and the item is sold on by us as Ex-Display.
